PROCTORVILLE — The Fairland Lady Dragons had 4 players in double figures in a 96-17 rout of the Ironton Lady Fighting Tigers on Monday in an Ohio Valley Conference game.
Bree Allen had 21 points, 9 assists and 8 steals to lead the Lady Dragons. Bailey Russell had 22 points and 5 rebounds, Kylee Bruce 14 points and 5 rebounds while Kamryn Barnitz got 17 points and 5 steals.
Allen hit two 3-pointers and scored 11 points, Barnitz had a pair of treys, Bruce scored 6 and Isa Taliaferro 5 points including a 3-pointer as Fairland (14-1, 8-1) took a 34-10 first quarter lead.
Russell scored 10 points in the second quarter as the Lady Dragons built an insurmountable 64-18 lead.
Fairlnad shot 37-of-61 from the field for 61 percent including 27-of-36 from 2-point range for a sizzling 75 percent.
Addison Neal scored 10 points and Emerson White 6 for Ironton.
