CHESAPEAKE — The Portsmouth Lady Trojans were seeing double.
Four different Lady Trojans scored in double figures in a 65-25 Ohio Valley Conference win on Thursday.
Carter Hayven scored 17 to lead the quartet. Sienna Allen had 12, KeKe Woods scored 11 and Daysha Reid got 10 points.
Kate Ball scored 10 points for Chesapeake (1-4, 0-4) including 8-of-10 from the foul line.
Allen scored 8 points and Carter scored 7 as Portsmouth took a 24-7 first quarter lead.
Four different players scored in the second quarter as the Lady Trojans extended their lead to 35-12.
Carter hit a 3-pointer and scored 8 points and Woods had a trey and scored 5 points as the lead grew to 57-20.
Bry Shannon had 6 of Portsmouth’s 8 points in the fourth quarter.
