NFL conference championships matchups and schedule

Only four remain in the NFL playoffs, as the teams head for a collision course this Sunday in the conference championship games.

The weekend slate of games will kick off with the AFC championship in Baltimore, as the top-seeded Ravens host the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs.

Baltimore advanced with a 34-10 win over Houston last Saturday. The Chiefs went into Buffalo last week and pulled out a 27-24 win to advance.

The final game of the day will see the Detroit Lions face the one seed San Francisco 49ers in Santa Clara.

The Lions pulled away in the fourth quarter last week to defeat Tampa Bay 31-23. San Francisco scored a late touchdown to beat the seven-seeded Green Bay Packers 24-21.

The winners on Sunday advance to Super Bowl LVIII, where the game will be played on Feb. 11 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
