ATHENS - The Ohio Bobcats baseball team announced on Wednesday that a location and schedule change would be made to its upcoming series against the Central Michigan Chippewas this weekend.
The decision for the schedule switch is due to poor potential weather conditions.
The series will now take place at Bob Wren Stadium in Athens, Ohio.
Because of the short turn-around, there will be no game on Friday. Saturday will feature a doubleheader, starting at 12 p.m. ET and the second game will follow 40 minutes after the conclusion of the first game. The final game of the series will be played on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
SATURDAY (DH):
Game 1 - 12 p.m. ET
Game 2 - TBA, 40 minutes following end of first game
SUNDAY:
Game 3 - 1 p.m. ET
